If you receive your order and are not satisfied (for ANY reason), you may return the product(s) to us within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Any returns post marked beyond 60 days from the date of purchase would not qualify for a refund. 

Steps for Return: 

  1.  Please Send an Email to: (within 60 days of your order being delivered) indicating you would like to process a return for a refund.  
  2.  We will reply by email within 24 to 48 hours to confirm and approve your return request. Returns and exchanges must be approved by our support team before they are shipped back to our warehouse.
  3. After an approval by email has been received, please prepare your unopened products for return with a piece of paper showing your original order number, name & contact information.

    4. To complete your refund, please send an email to: with your return tracking number and the mail courier used. (e.g. FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service)


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee your return item to be received and is best to insure tracking so that we can guarantee your return item was received.   


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Items purchased at retail stores or other channels aside from must adhere to the point of sales refund policy. We do not offer refunds on those purchases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours of our notification, please first check your banking method again. Then contact your credit card company, as it does take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged for products of equal or lesser value. If you need to perform an exchange, send us an email at From there you will be given further instructions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

All international orders which are returned due to local customs will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
